No technique is infallible when it comes to influencing the gender of your baby. The best you can say is, the techniques and guidelines can have some influence, but ultimately Mother Nature actually determines it. Nonetheless if you can coordinate the techniques in the proper manner, then the balance of influence that you have over the gender of your child may be tipped one way or the other. So with this in mind, here is one method that might assist you. It deals with the types of foods you should eat if you want to conceive a baby boy.
The type of foods you eat applies to the woman instead of the husband and it relates to before conception rather than after it. After conception, the baby’s sex is permanent and cannot be changed. So the reason to eat certain types of foods is to benefit the male sperm that is trying to inseminate the egg. This is the decisive factor in determining the sex of the baby.
Sperm that makes the baby male are thought to be fast moving but have a shorter lifespan. By altering the PH intensity within the vagina, you can improve the lifespan of the boy creating sperm. You need to make the PH level more alkaline and this can be determined by the foods you take into your body. Foods that make your body more alkaline include things like fresh vegetables such as peas, carrots, lettuce, beetroot, celery, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach and green beans.
Of course you should be careful how you prepare such foods. Many people like to eat pickled beetroot but it is generally very acidic as vinegar is used to pickle it. You can in addition consume nearly all nuts and grains, such as lentils, almonds and pumpkin seeds.
Avoiding certain foods that make your body more acidic can also be helpful. So avoid things like sweet treats, fizzy drinks and candy bars. You should also ration your intake of dairy products and meats. Although there is no way to control Mother Nature one hundred percent of the time, following these tips will increase your odds of conceiving a baby boy.
